･1. Tickets to the Seoul Sky Observatory are available to enter Lotte World Tower (Ground floor, 117F~122F) and is valid on the day of reservation only.

･2. Level 123 can be restricted depending on the circumstances

･3. Ticket office opens at 9:50 and the last ticket for the site is until one hour before the closing time.

･4. Entry may be delayed when the maximum number of people allowed is exceeded.

･5. Due to the safety matter of visitors, level 120 Sky Terrace may not be opened.

･6. For the safety of the visitors, and depending on the number of visitors at once, the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, Photo Zone and etc may not be run without giving any notice beforehand.

･7. Closing time on the day before the Public Holiday is 11 PM and the closing time on the last day of the holiday is 10 PM

･8. Wheelchairs are allowed in but must be associated with 1 other person. Also will be lead to another route so please cooperate with the staff member. 
･9. For safety reasons, belongings will be checked before entering.
･10. Lockers are available inside in information located at the gate. A maximum of 3 hours is available to customers who have tickets to the Tower.
